Our Story

Sauced was born out of desperation, obsession, and just the right amount of cocky Northeast pride.

How It All Started

Back home, wings are religion. You don't have to go far to find bold heat, real flavor, and wing joints dedicated solely to getting your fingers messy. So when we landed in Puerto Rico and couldn't find a single wing that hit like home? We lost our damn minds.

What do you do when the island doesn't have what you crave? You build it yourself.

So that's exactly what we did. Separately, in different states, we were both chasing the same thing—perfecting our wing game from scratch. Then one day, we realized we'd both been secretly mastering our own recipes. Cue the friendly competition: "Mine are better." "Nah, yours don't even touch mine." Game on.

What started as a challenge turned into a mission.
